Pastor Abraham shepherds Iglesia Comunidad de Gracia, which is the largest Spanish-speaking Reformed congregation in Orlando with members from every Latin American country except three. At the orientation, Pastor Abraham rejoiced for the Orlando site, saying: SRL does not have to go to Latin America—Latin America is already in Orlando. The same way that Paul established the Reformed Theological Seminary at the Tyrannus School in Ephesus, through which all Asia heard the Gospel, we have the same hope that, through SRL in Orlando, many Spanish-speaking pastors will hear the Gospel. Dr. Acosta spoke about the potential of SRL/Orlando to become the largest Reformed seminary in the United States where instruction is in Spanish. God willing, this will impact the reformation of Spanish churches as their pastors fully understand the Doctrines of Grace.
