2023 December Newsletter

The SRL Medellin class of 2023 celebrated their graduation this month. Please pray for these men that in our Lord’s providence they will lead ministries.

MILESTONE: SRL congratulates Pastor Gilberto Rufat and Pastor Ramón Torres, the first to attain their SRL Doctor of Ministry Degree. We eagerly anticipate their work equipping SRL students in the riches of Reformed theology in their cultural context and native language.

Dr. Del Belcher, SRL D. Min. Program Director, praises the milestone: "I am deeply blessed by the accomplishments of both Dr. Rufat and Dr. Torres and I welcome them whole-heartedly as colleagues in the ministry of Christ and His Kingdom. This is a wonderful occasion to praise God for the ministry of SRL!"

As stewards of God’s resources, it is important that each of us makes sure that our giving in this life is both generous and strategic. It is even more important to leave a legacy that will echo through history and advance the Kingdom of God. One of several ways to give to SRL is making a deferred gift through your will or IRA—both practical ways to establish a legacy and to guarantee continuing SRL’s work of providing sound theological education. For more information, please contact Bill Elshoff, Development Director, at belshoff@srlseminary.org.
