2018 Graduations in Medellín

On November 30, 2018 a group of four students presented a defense of their degree work to qualify for the degree in Theological Studies offered by the Latin American Reformed Seminary in its central campus in the city of Medellin, Colombia.


Another group of three students from Venezuela, in the modality On Line, presented their work of degree to qualify for the title of Degree in Theological Studies.


The academic jury was composed of: Dr. Julio C. Benítez, president of the Seminar for Latin America; Mag. Alejandro Castiblanco, academic director and Ps. Sergio Ruiz, teacher of the institution.


The papers presented were the following:

Lucio villca: The importance of family worship in the biblical churches


Nicolás Díaz: The original meaning of the dignity of the Gospel in the light of Philippians 1: 27-30.


Ariel Villca: The way to listen biblically to the preaching of the Word of God according to an exegetical study of James 1: 19-27.


Carlos Rodriguez: The priority of expository preaching according to the book of Acts.


Joscar Chirinos: Exegetical and devotional commentary of the letter to the Colossians.


Eduardo Contreras: Formation of the New Testament canon.


David Araujo: The hymn as the most appropriate musical style for public worship.
